I recommend placing separate orders and not buying together. If you buy a ready to ship item(RTS) and a preorder item together your item will be held until the preorder item comes in.

Refund Policy 

**Thank you for choosing Simply Divine Designs LLC for your purchase! We truly hope you love everything that you receive from us. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 5 business day for locals (After this timeframe, the item(s) will not be eligible for return) and 14 business days for those that are not within a 2 hour radius of Andalusia, AL. This means you have two weeks after receiving your item to request a return for those that are not local. After this timeframe, the item(s) will not be eligible for return. 


RETURNS

**To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unused. If your item is returned and not in this condition you will not get a refund and you will pay for the shipping back to you. If you receive the item with tags, they should still be attached, and it should be in its original packaging when shipped to us for return. 


**Items with makeup, stains, animal hair/smell, deodorant, cigarette smell, or any other kind of stains will not be accepted for return. Items purchased at a discount or in final sale categories are not eligible for returns. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED! 


Not eligible for returns

Accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear. This is to keep things sanitary. 


Starting a return

To start a return, please contact us at simplydivinedesigns23@gmail.com. Returns being shipped back to us should be shipped to 1605 Cedar Road Andalusia, AL 36421. You are responsible for all shipping cost for your returns not Simply Divine Designs LLC. We ARE NOT responsible if the package gets lost shipping back to us. Refunds will not be issued for this. For shoe returns, please send them back in the same way you received them to protect them. Returning shoes with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 


Exchanges

For a quick and efficient process to get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds

Once your return is accepted, we will notify you and inspect the item. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a store credit within 5 to 7 business days via email. 

 

Personalized items

*Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances. 


*Any item that a discount code is used on / sale item(s) are final sale, we do not replace/discount further for defects of any kind should your item(s) have one under any circumstances as mentioned above. 

 

Manufacturer Defects

*Please check your items upon receiving them. Any manufacturer defects must be reported to Simply divine Designs LLC within 3 days of receiving at simplydivinedesigns23@gmail.com. You will have 10 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue return labels for items with manufacturer defects ONLY! Should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 10 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange. If we do not have an item in stock to exchange in replace of your defected item, STORE credit to our online store simplydivinedesigns.shop will be issued. 


*All returns must be returned in the original packaging along with the tags in tact (if it had a tag) and original packaging (within 10 days of receiving) Unwashed and Unworn. Items that are returned not following the instructions listed may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Once we receive the above (for damaged / manufacturers defect) info we will:

If the item is in stock, we will prioritize reshipping the product to you.

If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in form of a store credit. 


*A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to us. 


*If the above is not followed no refund / exchange will be provided. 


Special Condition for Refunds

If the return is due to an error on our part and we have provided you with a return label, please note that the refund will be processed only after the tracking for the return label shows that the item is in transit.


Refund MethodOnce your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a refund notification. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. This is only for 'Special Condition for Refunds'. 


Shipping CostYou will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs & Shipping Protection are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Status:

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we offer shipping insurance for your order. If you encounter difficulties tracking your package, please contact the shipping company directly. Once an item  has shipped Simply Divine Designs LLC is not responsible for that package. 


Compensation Policy:

If the item is out of stock, we will refund you.


Return to Sender Package:

If we have received a package back as a Return to Sender this means there is an error with the shipping address provided.

Our customer care will contact you to verify your shipping address.

If the package is being reshipped, the customer will need to pay a shipping fee. 

If a customer decides they no longer want the package we will refund the order and charge a 30% re-stocking fee, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Manufacturer Defect

*Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturer defect must be reported to Simply Divine Designs LLC within 3 days of receiving your item at simplydivinedesigns23@gmail.com. You will have 10 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. Should you fail to get your item in the mail within those 10 days, your item is no longer eligible for a refund/exchange. (see refund policy)


Shipping timeframe 

*We can ship anywhere in the United States. When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order if it is a ready to ship item. If it is not a ready to ship item please read "What is your turn around time" for a better understanding for when things will ship. We will estimate shipping and delivery based on the availability of your items and carriers guidelines. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped to you. 

*If you ordered an item that is not ready to ship you understand and agree that the turn around time can be longer. Every category ordered from shares how long that collection could take. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-12 weeks so that is why it is important to read the descriptions/collection notation.

Items that are pre-order items, remember the ETA is only an estimated time, they could be longer due to any unforeseen circumstances or earlier. 

You were informed to only order if you are ok with waiting. All orders are custom & made to order. When you placed the order you agreed to these terms.

  • WE CAN NOT ALTER YOUR ORDER IN ANY WAY ONCE IT IS PLACED. 
  • We can not add a discount if you forget to enter one. 
  • We can not change monograms. 
  • We can not alter sizes. 
  • We can not adjust quantities. 
  • We can not refund your order once it is placed. 

**Please be sure to DOUBLE....TRIPLE check your order before finalizing. Orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit IF there is a manufacturer defect. 

Remember the ETA on preorder items are only an estimated time. They could be longer due to any unforeseen circumstances or even earlier that the expected timeframe given.

When you place an order you will be given the pickup address. Please see pick up times below.

You can not pickup someone's order without me knowing and the owner of that package letting me know they approve that. I have cameras so I know who is picking up packages. You can have someone pickup your order for you. HOWEVER, if something happens that you do not receive your order Simply Divine Designs LLC is not responsible!

You may pickup your packages anytime during the following times:

Monday - Friday - 8am - 6:30pm central.

Saturday - 9am - 12pm central.

If you need to pick up earlier or later we ask that you send us a message and let us know that. We just ask that you do not come after dark at any time. No exceptions. Remember there are cameras & we will know you are here. If you do not follow the rules you will not be allowed to do local pickups moving forward.

  • RTS - Ready to ship - Items that end with this in the title are ready to ship. These items ship within 3-5 business days once order is processed.

  • Month in the title - Items that include the month in the title ship within 1-3 weeks. These items are preorder but are fast preorders.

  • LT - longer turn around time - These items ship within 3-5 weeks. These are preorder items.

  • In-stock items for women - these items ship same/next day most times excluding weekends & holidays. However, allow 3-5 business days for them to ship.

  • In-stock items for kids - These items ship within 3 business days guaranteed.

  • Graphic tees/sweatshirts - These items take 5-14 business days to ship. These items are custom made.

  • Hats - Read descriptions - RTS hats ship within 3-5 business days. Other hats please allow 5-14 business days to ship as they are custom made.

  • Holiday Collections for kids - All items ship within 3 business days guaranteed.

  • Kids Preorders / extra preorders - these items can take anywhere from 1 week - 12 weeks. Make sure that you read the description. Please do not order preorder items if you are not willing to wait. Estimated turn around times are just that "estimated". An item could take less or longer time depending upon any unforeseen circumstances that may come up.
